Neighborhood highlights

Neighborhood is very quiet with full time residents and part time vacationers who own homes. It’s a very appealing spot as it’s far enough to avoid the crowds and with your private little access to beach makes it a great spot to avoid high traffic and walk to the beach. There is no off street parking and two parking spots available in front of the house.

Getting around

Do get to promenade you can walk beach to 12th ave where promenade starts. It’s an easy bike ride or walk to main st. I prefer doing this especially in summer as parking becomes an issue.
